The ultra-fine center electrode has excellent discharge characteristics. As a result the electric field strength is strong and the environment is such that sparks can form easily. This makes stronger sparks possible at a low voltage that does not impose a load on the battery and improves the starting characteristics at low speed and the response during acceleration.
